Information we collect
This website does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. When you submit the contact form, Marrek Systems LLC receives the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, project type, and message. The inquiry also includes basic technical information—such as the submitting IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and submission time—to support delivery troubleshooting and protect the form from abuse.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential work, maintain business correspondence, and protect the website from spam or misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Essential session cookie
The website uses an essential PHP session cookie to protect the contact form from forged or abusive submissions and to temporarily preserve form details after an unsuccessful submission. It is not used for advertising or behavioral analytics. The cookie is session-only and expires when you close your browser.
Abuse-prevention records
Validated contact attempts are subject to short-term rate limits. The limiter stores keyed hashes derived from the submitted email address and IP address, together with attempt times; it does not store the raw email address or IP address in its rate-limit file. Only attempts within the preceding 24 hours are used, and older entries are removed when the limiter next accepts a validated submission.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers that support our hosting, email, security, or business operations. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business relationship, legal obligations, or operational records.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
